The problem
In March 2019, Dr. De Meyere of Artemedis contacted us. He told us that the reverberation in his doctor's office had bothered him for years, and that he was finally looking for an acoustic solution. After all, in his plastic surgery practice, where conversations should take place in peace and discretion, reverberation was not a welcome guest.
Our solution
The doctor's office was not that big, only about 35 m³. Therefore, we recommended to our client that about 4 m² of our material be placed in the room. A visit by a representative (including a reverb measurement) is not necessary for such a project. Therefore, the customer chose to visit our showroom himself and come to assess the quality of our products that way.
Result
Convinced of the quality and performance of our products, the client decided to have us install an acoustic ceiling panel (COUSTceiling) above his desk. To make the best use of the ceiling and to align the ceiling panel nicely with the black lamp fixture above the desk, we placed just over 4 m² of material in the doctor's office. After this, not only did the acoustics turn out to be perfect, the client was more than thrilled with the aesthetics and the way our team installed everything. That's what we do it for!
